How payments and withdrawals work
Deposits & review
Use the payment methods available in the deposit window. Binance Pay deposits require a payment screenshot and manual admin approval. Your account is credited after approval. bKash and Nagad gateway checkout is not currently connected.
Withdrawals from $20
The minimum withdrawal request is $20, and you must have at least $20 available. Withdrawals use your latest approved deposit method. A successfully submitted request deducts the amount immediately; rejected requests are refunded.
Turnover requirements
New approved deposits carry a 1× trading turnover requirement. For example, a $50 deposit requires $50 in eligible settled trade stakes. Open trades do not count. The Withdrawal page shows your required, completed and remaining turnover.
Identity & account checks
Keep your profile and receiving account details accurate. Identity documents submitted through your account are reviewed by authorised admins. Account-specific turnover requirements and their reasons are shown on the Withdrawal page.

Responsible account use
Use your own account and accurate information. Keep your password private. Do not impersonate another user, share accounts to bypass restrictions or submit misleading identity or payment information.
Unusual activity, AI & automated trading
Unauthorised AI-driven trade execution, automated trading bots, scripts that exploit platform behaviour, payment manipulation or other suspicious activity may lead to an account review. Depending on the findings, Quotx may restrict trading or withdrawals, suspend the account or block it. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
Payments & verification
Submitting a payment screenshot does not confirm receipt of funds. Deposits are credited only after approval. False, altered or reused payment proof may result in rejection and an account review. Withdrawal requests remain subject to payment and account checks.
Turnover & withdrawal eligibility
Complete the turnover requirements displayed on your Withdrawal page before making a new withdrawal request. Admins may set an additional account-specific turnover requirement during an activity review; its amount and reason will be visible to you. The minimum withdrawal remains $20.
Trading risk & simulated pricing
Trade outcomes can include losses. Profit is not guaranteed. Quotx uses simulated pricing; charts should not be treated as an independent live-market feed. Review the market, stake and duration before placing a trade.
Questions & account reviews
If a payment is delayed, your verification is declined or your account is restricted, contact support with your account ID and relevant request ID. Never share your password or one-time security codes.
